Job Title: Regional Planning Manager

Job Description:

This is a highly specialized role that focuses on strategic demand planning, inventory optimization and supply chain forecasting to drive business growth in the Asia Pacific region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional consensus forecast processes that align with commercial needs, incorporating current financial forecasts and translating them into actionable units. Additionally, this individual will lead monthly S&OP review meetings with country planners, challenge assumptions, and analyze data to improve forecast accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely demand planning and forecasting models to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with global supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Lead and coordinate regional supply chain initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Act as a key liaison between country planners and global demand planners to consolidate regional forecasts.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this challenging role, you should have a deep understanding of demand planning, supply chain management and analytics. A strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software tools such as SAP or Oracle is also desirable.
