**Job title** - Regional Demand & Supply Planner

**Location** - Singapore

**Job model **- Hybrid

This is a hybrid role where he/she is the regional demand planner for Greater APAC as well as a supply planner for APAC RDC. Under his/her stewardship as demand planner, to drive excellence in demand planning, to bring forecast accuracy and bias to the next level, and owns the regional demand review process.

Under his/her responsibility as a supply planner, to develop and execute supply plans for APAC RDC, manage RDC inventory, and meet inventory target(s).

*This role is open to be based anywhere in South East Asia*

**Your key responsibilities**
- Prepare and chair the monthly GAPAC regional demand review meeting, including RAF cycles.
- Serve as IBP Center of Excellence towards the OU & Country demand planners.
- Seek continuous improvements to regional forecasting process & practices, including but not limited, to adoption of Demand Sensing or Statistical forecast, ultimately resulting in improvement of forecast accuracy & bias
- Develop and execute supply plan for GAPAC RDC, guided by product forecast, product launches and marketing campaigns
- Be the contact point for all supply related matters for the assigned product families, including non-stock items
- Own and facilitate the phase-in-phase-out process for the assigned product forms, in close coordination with OU/countries

**You bring**
- At least Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent experience in demand and supply planning
- Basic knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a must
- Minimum 4 - 8 years' of experience in animal nutrition & health or related industries
- Fluent in speaking English is a must. Other languages will be an added advantage
- Able to "connect the dots" and manage ambiguities positively
