Job Description

As a vocational trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training sessions to learners.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: You will have in-depth knowledge of the content and subject matter of vocational courses.
  • Training Delivery Excellence: You will facilitate vocational training sessions using instructional techniques such as case studies and simulations.
  • Customization for In-House Needs: You will tailor existing vocational courses to meet organizational requirements.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: You will support other trainers by sharing best practices and effective training strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Course Development Collaboration: You will work closely with Training Managers and instructional designers to create and enhance vocational training materials.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): You will participate in QA processes reviewing vocational training materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Assessment Design and Review: You will collaborate on assessment creation ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
  • Course Evaluation and Feedback Loop: You will analyze post-training evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with Training Managers during course development and rollout.
Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in any discipline is required.
  • Experience in autism or MID education/training, F&B, or Customer Service is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience is required.
  • Strong English skills are essential.
  • Travel between locations may be necessary.
