Job Title: Vocational Skills Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our team in the delivery of life and vocational skills training for adults with disabilities.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to contribute to the development of training programs, implement effective training methods, and provide ongoing support to trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and implementation of training plans, ensuring that all activities are delivered in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  2. Provide expert guidance and coaching to trainees, promoting their independence and self-confidence through various life and vocational skills training activities.
  3. Assist in maintaining accurate records of training progress, assessment results, and any issues arising during the training process.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Participate in continuous learning and professional development to maintain expertise in life and vocational skills training.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of services and maximize benefits for trainees.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory ITE Certification with at least 1 year of experience in working with adults with disabilities. Training and coaching experience is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated interest and expertise in life and vocational skills training for adults with disabilities.
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing situations, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
