Job Opportunity

Objective:

We are seeking an experienced professional to facilitate engaging vocational training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the subject matter and be able to deliver high-quality training content.

  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME):Have in-depth knowledge of vocational courses and serve as a go-to resource for trainers, learners, and colleagues.
  • Training Delivery Excellence:Facilitate impactful vocational training sessions, leveraging expertise and varied instructional techniques.
  • Customization for In-House Needs:Tailor existing vocational courses to meet specific organizational requirements.
  • Mentoring and Coaching:Support other vocational trainers by sharing best practices and effective training strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Course Development Collaboration:Work closely with the Training Manager and instructional designers to create and enhance vocational training materials.
  • Quality Assurance (QA):Participate in QA processes, reviewing vocational training materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Assessment Design and Review:Collaborate on the creation of assessments for vocational training, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the Training Manager during the development, rollout, and updates of vocational training courses.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Strong command of the written and spoken English.
  • Willing to travel between locations.
