We are seeking an experienced professional to lead market outreach and capstone project administration activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging companies to secure capstone projects, organizing events for industry partners, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market outreach activities by engaging companies to secure capstone projects
- Organize events for industry partners to showcase capstone projects
- Develop administrative timelines for capstone projects
- Match students to capstone projects
- Follow up with students on their progress in completing capstone projects
- Prepare and schedule final capstone project presentations
- Submit capstone project scores to relevant authorities
Key Performance Indicators:
- Sufficient capstone projects offered to students
- Proper administration of documents received by students and academic directors
- Timely submission of capstone project grades
- Successful conduct of events for industry partners and showcase of capstone projects
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A good bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe applications
- Knowledge of Power BI (an added advantage)
