We are opening a new local brand coffee & toast cafe at Tiong Bahru Plaza.

As a key member of our team, your duties will include:

i) Greeting customers, listening carefully to their orders, and accurately processing them on our POS system.

ii) Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace.

iii) Maintaining high standards of customer service and company image.

iv) Handling customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

We believe that excellent communication skills are essential in this role. As such, we require candidates to be fluent in English and have a strong ability to work with diverse groups of people.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Team members must also be able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary for success in this role.
