Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Cafe Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our cafe.

As a Junior Cafe Team Member, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Front of House Operations: You will be responsible for operating the cafe's front-of-house area, including greeting customers, managing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Food Preparation: You will assist in preparing food and beverages according to our standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring that all menu items are prepared to a high standard.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
