Cafe Service Crew Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cafe Service Crew member to join our team. As a key member of our cafe operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our cafe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cafe Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including preparing traditional hot beverages, serving hot food and snacks, and assisting with deep frying of items when needed.

  • Ingredients Management: Ensure accurate inventory and management of ingredients.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain efficient inventory levels and manage stockroom operations.
  • Customer Care: Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene practices in the cafe area.
  • Compassion: Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
