Business Operations Director

Our organization seeks an experienced Business Operations Director to oversee the daily business operations. This role is responsible for managing supply chain logistics, inventory, warehousing, order fulfillment, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management – Oversee stock levels, demand forecasting, and product replenishment to ensure high availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Customer Operations – Manage customer service processes, returns/exchanges, and order issue resolution.
  • Warehouse Management – Supervise warehouse team and processes, including receiving, storage, picking, and packing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Fulfillment & Logistics– Coordinate order processing, shipping schedules, and 3PL relationships to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong background in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations preferably in the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods sector.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills.
