Customer Solutions Engineer

The ideal candidate will deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations of solutions to customers, while providing exceptional customer service.

This role involves working closely with the Sales and Product teams to manage customer projects and produce samples, as well as supporting marketing initiatives such as trade shows and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality installation support, training, and troubleshooting guidance to customers.
  • Conduct market research and explore emerging technologies for business adoption, identifying opportunities to improve processes and services.
  • Train, mentor, and assess regional engineers on equipment, RIP software, Adobe tools, and color management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective project plans and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams through excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in RIP software, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and basic computer networking.
  • Prior experience in the printing or textile industry is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of printing processes and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Degree in Textile Technology, Printing, or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) principles.
