Job Title: Technical Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to engage with customers, deliver product demonstrations, and drive innovative printing solutions.

  • Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers.
  • Supports installation, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Conducts market research and adopts new technologies.
  • Trains and evaluates engineers on equipment, RIP software, Adobe tools, and color management.
  • Collaborates with Sales & Product teams on customer projects and sample production.
  • Supports trade shows, events, and showroom operations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of RIP software, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and basic networking.
  • Experience in the printing or textile industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology, Printing, or related field.
  • Ability to travel across the region.
