Job Title: Global Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues or delays

Candidates will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics and shipping operations for both inbound and outbound freight
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including airway bills, bills of lading, and other required import/export paperwork
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth transportation from origin to destination, updating clients and stakeholders as needed
  • Inspect cargo in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, handling, and compliance with safety regulations
  • Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, cargo details, and other logistics documentation
  • Support permit declarations and ensure compliance with customs regulations

The ideal candidate will possess relevant working experience.
