We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Patient Service Associate to join our business office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of patient bills and claims.

Your primary focus will be on reviewing the completeness of patient documents for medical claims, checking for bill accuracies, and handling patient enquiries relating to bills, claims, and payments.
