Quality Assurance and Risk Oversight Specialist\Helpers ensure the effectiveness of controls to mitigate risks such as KYC, ML, TF, and Sanctions.

The candidate will help run and improve the QA program, analyze processes for automation opportunities, and engage with peers and management to innovate and enhance quality assurance practices.


\\Key Responsibilities\. Assist in executing and monitoring the QA program, including reviews on financial crime, bank operations, and customer support. \. Plan and execute ongoing monitoring reviews and prepare related reports. \. Leverage technical skills in Python, SQL, VBA to automate QA processes. \. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, utilizing data analytics to identify emerging risks. \. Engage stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. \. Minimum Requirements\. Experience in risk, controls, and assurance within financial services, with monitoring and testing expertise. \. Proficiency in designing automated QA processes using ML/AI, with skills in SQL, Python, VBA. \. Strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and recommendations. \. Experience in digital banking, fintech, or digitalization projects in banking. \. Knowledge of MAS regulations on AML/CFT/Sanctions; regional experience is a plus. \. Ability to identify process improvements and collaborate with product and engineering teams. \. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a startup environment. \. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
