Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our QA team in delivering high-quality results through rigorous testing and continuous improvement of QA processes.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to guarantee quality outcomes.
  • Identify, document, and track issues to ensure timely closure.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Perform regression testing to maintain product stability and support release cycles.
  • Enhance QA processes and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Possess a diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience in managing a team of 20 QA personnel.
  • Experience in QA within the Semiconductor industry.
  • Familiarity with UHP process protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
