Job Summary:
As a QA Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality systems.

About the Role:
In this supervisory position, you will oversee the Quality Assurance team and be directly involved in coordinating inspections, maintaining documentation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Quality Assurance team members on the production floor
  • Oversee in-process checks, batch record reviews, and product release procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and other relevant standards
  • Lead investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPAs)
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, and Research and Development teams to uphold quality standards
  • Assist in audits (internal, third-party, and regulatory)
  • Support training and onboarding of Quality Assurance personnel
Requirements:
  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and communication
