Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team at NIMROD ENGINEERING PTE LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales team, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Assist with daily operation duties, such as issuing delivery orders and following up on their completeness.
  • Handle incoming calls and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Prepare tender/project documentation submissions to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process sales orders and perform administrative functions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers.
  • Bookkeeping of customers' transactions, complaints, and all necessary records.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the sales team as needed.
  • Generate and issue warranty certificates after product delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in a sales and operations coordinator role.
  • Basic Microsoft application skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
