Job Title: Business Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Biz Analyst to collaborate with users and technical teams for smooth delivery and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in defect management, including coordination and follow-up with end users and tech support teams;
  • Plan, coordinate, and collaborate with business users and tech teams for UAT and Live Verification activities;
  • Participate in system enhancement and improvement initiatives to support ongoing optimization;
  • Understand project scope, assess change impacts, and document rationale for both impacted and non-impacted projects;
  • Gather and rationalize stakeholder requirements and conduct detailed walkthroughs with the technical team;
  • Resolve issues through deep biz, operational, and tech insight, providing practical and sound recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years of experience as a Biz Analyst or Project Management professional within banking industry;
  • Must have experience in executing UAT;
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to analyze and document complex biz requirements;
  • Must have hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL;
  • Flexibility to work during weekends or off-peak hours for production support and live verifications.
