Job Title: Senior Enterprise Linux Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Linux Systems Administrator to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for the administration and maintenance of our enterprise Linux systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration, engineering, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain enterprise Linux systems infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve system performance, security, and reliability.
  • Maintain and enhance system automation using tools like Puppet and Ansible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new technologies.
  • Provide expert-level support for complex system issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6+ years of RHEL administration/engineering experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with infrastructure builds, datacenter migrations, and project support.
  • Knowledge of Veritas/RHEL cluster, block and object storage, networking, virtualization technologies, capacity management, resiliency, and business continuity planning.
  • Experience working on multiple service improvement programs and prioritizing workloads.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
