Job Title: Industrial Project Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of industrial projects from design to completion.

The role of the Senior Industrial Building Project Architect involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders, preparing project submissions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in architecture or a related field, with a minimum of 4-8 years' experience in project management, particularly in the industrial sector. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing industrial projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinating with consultants and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • Preparing and submitting project proposals and reports.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-8 years' experience in project management, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
