Industrial Project Manager

Overview
As an Industrial Project Management Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale industrial development projects. You will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex industrial projects from concept through to handover.
- Direct and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Review and approve designs, technical specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to safeguard timelines and budgets.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor procurement processes and negotiate favorable contract terms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, construction best practices, and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
