Data Roadmap Planning

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and updating the data roadmap based on upcoming data needs for prioritized data products. This involves understanding the business strategy and ensuring it is reflected in quarterly plans, epics, user stories, and other data work items.

You will measure end-to-end business processes, identifying business value drivers and KPIs that measure operational effectiveness and business outcomes. Your ability to harness and draw insights from large data sets will help identify patterns and trends across multiple journey-based business domains.

Apart from these responsibilities, you will be accountable for E2E data solutions, cross-domain and cross-squad alignment, and dependency mapping. You will also ensure adequate documentation is available and lead training and education in the effective use of data products and related services.
