We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Lab Technician to join our team at West. As a key member of our Sensory Panel team, you will be responsible for setting up and preparing samples for sensory panels, weighing and packing samples for dispatch, and assisting with the layout and distribution of samples to panel participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and prepare Sensory Panel tables and materials in advance
  • Weigh and pack samples for Beverage dispatch to external panels
  • Label and package samples for each panel member
  • Assist with the preparation of samples for Panel, TAR, and training sessions
  • Layout and distribute samples to Sensory Rooms for distribution to panel participants
  • Help clear samples and trays after tasting is completed
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
