Role Summary

Micron is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of global learning and development strategies that align with business goals. This role involves shaping the future of the workforce, ensuring continuous evolution and growth of talent that drives innovative memory and storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective learning initiatives that promote early career experience for new hires navigating the organization in their first three years.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning programs that provide timely guidance, support, and resources to employees.
  • Leverage HR software and analytics tools to measure the impact of learning programs and optimize their effectiveness with well-sequenced learning journeys that enable a meaningful career journey.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance employee engagement and performance, enabling scalability through e-learning solutions.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the global talent management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across the team.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to learning and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a global or multinational company.
  • Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on approach.
  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
