Job Title:

Regional Learning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive learning strategies that align with our organization's objectives. This includes working closely with stakeholders to analyze training needs, co-designing curriculum and initiatives, and managing annual L&D planning across all zones.

As a Regional Learning Manager, you will partner with global teams to build and deliver effective learning solutions that support organizational growth. You will also oversee the successful landing of global leadership programs in the region and manage relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a global or regional learning and talent management role
  • Exceptional understanding of L&D best practices, tools, methodologies, and more
  • Ability to engage and influence all levels of employees and leaders
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and consultation skills
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proven analytical and conceptual skills combined with ability to drive implementation
