About the Role

As a Senior Moulding Technician, you will be responsible for managing daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules for automotive components. Your key responsibilities include allocating manpower and overseeing machine operations across multiple moulding lines.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on productivity, adhering to strict targets, cycle times, and output efficiency. If you have experience in injection moulding, preferably in automotive or precision plastic components, this role could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including tooling design and six sigma principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and other relevant software applications.
