Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Moulding Process Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily injection moulding operations, ensuring productivity targets are met and quality standards are maintained.

This role involves allocating manpower and overseeing machine operations across multiple moulding lines, with a focus on cycle times and output efficiency.

In this role, you will also contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules.
  • Allocate manpower and oversee machine operations across multiple moulding lines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to productivity targets, cycle times, and output efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Technical Skills:

  • Injection moulding experience, preferably in automotive or precision plastic components.
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and other automotive quality tools.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering principles.

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
