Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Chairman at JIAJIAJIA MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Communication: Utilize proficiency in Japanese or English for business negotiations and daily communication, ensuring no communication barriers.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate the company's daily affairs, establishing and maintaining administrative office management processes and systems.
  • Industry Experience: Leverage over 5 years of office administrative experience with appropriate resources in medical, technology, legal, or other relevant industries. Prior experience in the medical industry is highly preferred.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Be knowledgeable about and ensure compliance with Singaporean government policies and regulations related to company operations.
  • Reception and Public Relations: Manage the company's reception duties, establish, maintain, and enhance public relations, and handle work visas for Japanese personnel.
  • Liaison: Act as the liaison with the Chinese company's headquarters and handle various administrative tasks related to this role.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel for business as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in Japanese or English, with the ability to handle business negotiations and daily communication without barriers.
  • Experience: More than 5 years of experience in office administrative roles, with valuable industry resources, especially in medical fields.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore's company operation policies and regulations.
  • Administrative Skills: Experience in setting up and managing administrative processes and systems.
  • Public Relations: Strong skills in public relations and administrative support.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel on business assignments is preferred.
