Analytical Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
About the RoleThe Laboratory Analyst will be responsible for:
- Performing laboratory testing on clean room environment (Microbiological Air, Microbiological Surface, Particulate Matter Test), water and final products;
- Laboratory equipment maintenance and test procedure qualification;
- Validation of microbiological media and involvement in improvement projects;
- Compliance to EHS procedures and requirements;
- Supporting sterilization studies (e.g. Steam Qualification studies).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of laboratory testing principles and methodologies;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
