  • Demonstrate good knowledge and experiences with providing counselling interventions in both individual and group settings, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
  • Hold a Master's degree in counselling or equivalent, with at least 7 years of experience in the social service sector or similar setting, highlighting expertise and dedication.
  • Be registered as a counsellor with a recognized professional body (e.g., SAC, SPS), indicating commitment to professional standards and excellence.
  • Prior experience in providing case and clinical supervision to social service practitioners and/or counsellors, showcasing leadership and mentorship capabilities.
