
HR Business Leader

As a strategic partner to business leaders, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational performance through effective HR solutions.
The Senior Manager, People and Culture, will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that align with the organization's goals. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing insights and solutions on talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and other HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR solutions to drive business performance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing recommendations.
- Provide guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Work with global teams on mandates to lead talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with People & Culture teams across APAC to drive regional HR initiatives and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or business partner role.
- Experience in the tech or data centers industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations in Singapore, Australia, and APAC.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
