- I am currently recruiting for an HR BP for a global Healthcare business. This company is going through a massive change from January, and they need the HR BP to help them oversee this change.
- Primarily SG focused but there will be the opportunity to work on regional projects, this role will have the opportunity to make changes to the organization moving forward.**The HR BP will**:

- Build strong relationships with business leaders, ensuring deep connection with and knowledge about the business and operating environment, and be a strategic talent partner.
- Prepare HR dashboards, sharing data and relevant talent insights with the Leadership Team to drive meaningful talent and HR strategies.
- Build effective relationships with all levels of the organization, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance, and development issues.

**The HR BP will be/have**:

- Degree qualified
- Experience working as an HR business partner
- Good understanding of a full spectrum of initiatives for employer branding and talent acquisition.
- Proven record of developing dependable relationships, establishing an open workplace, and conveying challenging messages
