We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

Job Description

This role will involve handling administrative duties, including email correspondence with customers and updating digital directories. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the mall's common areas and retail spaces, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any customer complaints or feedback.

  • Handling of administrative tasks
  • Roving duties to ensure areas are well maintained
  • Providing timely and accurate clarification and advice to customers
  • Handling customer feedback and complaints
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • GCE 'O' Levels and above
  • Preferably 1-2 years' working experience in a similar capacity
  • A pleasant disposition and strong communication skills
