Job Title: Member Experience Coordinator

About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Coordinator.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, ensuring seamless interactions with members, and driving sales growth through effective membership promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engaging club tours, highlighting the unique features, amenities, and benefits of membership.
  • Pitch membership packages to prospective members, addressing their concerns while showcasing the value proposition.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with membership-related applications, maintain accurate records, and process payments.
  • Monitor and control access to facilities, verifying membership credentials or guest passes, and enforcing policies and regulations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining correspondences.
  • Effectively communicate with members, staff, and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Address member feedback, concerns, or conflicts in a professional and proactive manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service with good interpersonal skills.
  • Prior work experience on front desk roles.
  • Candidates who hold a Diploma/ GCE 'A' levels are preferred.
  • Rostered shift; no midnight shifts.
