Membership Operations Assistant Manager Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of membership programs. Your role will involve maintaining high-quality customer service standards and driving business growth through innovative initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily membership operations
  • Cover membership operations as necessary in case of manpower shortages
  • Evaluate staffing needs for daily operations during peak periods and public holidays
  • Recruit part-time/contract staff for peak days and periods, including interns
  • Support performance appraisal of Membership FT/Contract staff
  • Assist with HR-related matters for operations team
  • Conduct refresher training sessions for new and existing staff
  • Assist with onsite and online UAT for new PLUs
  • Verify online refund requests as first verifier
  • Maintain and update Membership Operation SOPs
  • Investigate feedback from members/guests related to Membership Operations and staff service delivery
  • Communicate new membership initiatives and promotions to Membership Operations team
  • Handle onsite requests/enquiries (e.g., extension of caretaker voucher, conversion to annual membership)
  • Generate ideas to enhance member or guest experience at Membership & Experiences centres
  • Prepare monthly OT records for checking and updating Overtime records in AAS for approval
  • Prepare and submit Return/Void & Service Recovery Report monthly and quarterly for checking
  • Prepare monthly Feedback reports for review
  • Attend promotions/campaigns briefings

Key Requirements include a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent, 4-5 years of relevant experience in the service/tourism and integrated resorts industry, excellent communication and written skills, dynamic team player with positive attitude, self-motivated, resourceful, customer-oriented, and meticulous.
