Ambassador for Member Experience

As a key representative of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service standards are met and exceeded. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized support to members, addressing their queries and concerns with professionalism and poise.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet members warmly and respond promptly to all enquiries and bookings.
2. Coordinate facility reservations, events, and partner services to create memorable experiences for our valued patrons.
3. Handle day-to-day tasks such as email and phone correspondence with finesse, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute engaging members-only events that foster connections and community spirit.
Requirements:
1. A diploma in hospitality or an equivalent qualification is essential for this position.
2. At least 2 years of front-facing service experience, preferably in a concierge role, will provide a strong foundation for success.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building rapport with members and resolving issues efficiently.
