Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD. as a Sales Support Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the entry of Purchase Orders, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring data integrity in our sales administration system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Data Entry: Enter Purchase Orders for every sales entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain Sales Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date sales records, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Support Sales Admin Team: Assist the sales administration team with additional data entry tasks as needed.
  • Perform Routine Checks: Conduct routine checks to ensure all entered data is complete and accurate.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry is an advantage.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
