Key HR Analytics Role

This high-impact position supports public sector workforce transformation through data-driven insights.

  • Transform business and HR requirements into actionable data reports.
  • Design, test, and deploy SQL-based analytics solutions with Power BI/Tableau.
  • Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality delivery.
  • Audit and assess data vulnerability and feasibility.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation for deployed solutions.
  • Collaborate with integration, database, and HR teams on implementation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven SQL skills in data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience in UAT, stakeholder engagement, and user training.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Power BI (preferred), Tableau or Qlik.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable HR insights.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Python / R programming skills for data analysis or machine learning models.
  • Experience with HRIS, workforce analytics, or compliance-related projects.
