Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at FunEmpire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client management and sales - identify client needs, create proposals and quotations, and negotiate deals to meet client requirements
  • Client communication and relationship management - provide timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations
  • Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets
  • Provide professional customer service, client support, and recommendations
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing, and payments
  • Events planning and coordination - liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event programs
  • Assist in refining the company's sales strategy and processes
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales preferred)
  • Meticulous and great attention to details
  • Highly organized with good time management skills
  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and presentations
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and can solve problems independently
  • Work well with others as a good team player
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with CRM systems is a bonus
