Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, payment collection and settlement, and room availability management.
  • Provide excellent guest service, responding promptly to enquiries and addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient operation of the front office.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
