Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in creating accounts and downloading our app, guiding them on using the app and navigating our microsite, helping with Q-matic system and issuing Q tickets, supporting SIM and router exchanges and eSIM activations, and assisting with prepaid top-ups and general inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Benefits:

Working days and hours: 5 days a week, 12-9pm (1 hour break)
