Job Summary

The SEA MOPs Manager will lead and manage the Go-To-Market (GTM) process planning for Southeast Asia (SEA) across six countries. This role ensures alignment of SEA's brand and channel strategies with regional and global GTM guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. GTM Process Management

  • Define and manage GTM calendars, milestones, and deliverables for timely execution of seasonal plans.
  • Align SEA processes with Emerging Market (EM) MOPs and countries to maintain consistent GTM direction and strategy.
  • Ensure successful delivery of key milestones, such as Seasonal Strategy Handover and Seasonal marketing meetings, and communicate them to SEA brand, channels, and country teams.
  • Create and maintain communication sites, including SharePoint, as a one-stop-shop for all seasonal GTM updates.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of operational processes and tools to streamline GTM activities.

2. Operational Process & Tools Optimization

  • Own and manage operational aspects such as showroom operations, sell-in tools to support brand and channels teams.
  • Manage SEA sample strategy, including budgeting, order process, sample management, and coordination with cluster and country teams.
  • Manage ongoing reviews of seasonal processes, engaging stakeholders to enhance timelines, formats, and communication systems.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate collaboration between key SEA departments and country-level teams to ensure GTM excellence.
  • Act as a liaison between SEA and Emerging Market MOPs to continuously evolve the GTM process.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between market operational teams and country teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in GTM, merchandising, or process management, preferably with regional exposure in a multinational organization.
  • Experience in managing timelines, processes, and tools in a fast-paced, operational-driven environment.
  • Proven track record in project management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
