Job Opportunity:

Luxury Careers PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Retail Trainer to facilitate and support product training programs for our luxury fashion brand subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver seasonal and strategic product-focused trainings to retail teams

• Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager on Sales & Service Ambassador training

• Identify training needs and create tailored training materials for each store

• Design and implement effective training modules for in-store briefings and digital training

• Conduct regular store visits and attachments to ensure retail teams receive necessary product training

• Maintain accurate training records, including nomination sheets, training registers, and regional/global reporting

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar capacity

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Passion for training and extensive product knowledge, with a good understanding of retail trends

• Clear and confident presentation skills to engage training sessions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft PowerPoint

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
