Job Summary

As a Sales Ambassador for Luxury Brands with Luxury Ventures PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador. This role requires achieving individual sales and store sales targets, performing cashiering duties, managing in-store visual merchandising display, and providing excellent customer service experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support retail operations and achieve sales targets.
  • Perform cashiering duties and manage visual merchandising display.
  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Work with the Manager to handle customer complaints.

Requirements
  • Energetic and proactive individuals who can work in a dynamic environment.
  • Sales and customer-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Chinese speaking is a must to cater to Chinese tourist groups.
