Job Description

As a key member of the investment team, you will be responsible for leading value creation initiatives across portfolio companies. This role focuses on defining and driving strategies that accelerate growth, operational efficiency, and investment performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, business operations, and strategy, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. You will work closely with company leadership to implement strategic, operational, financial, and ESG initiatives, including identifying and scaling opportunities and driving cost optimisation.

You will also lead post-deal integration and transition of newly acquired portfolio companies, including Day 1 readiness, execution of the 100-day plan, governance setup, etc. Additionally, you will collaborate with investment and portfolio management teams on the development and execution of exit strategies for portfolio companies, including IPOs, trade sales, or secondary buyouts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with investment, portfolio management, and corporate finance teams to support the development and execution of value creation strategies for portfolio companies.
  • Leading post-deal integration and transition of newly acquired portfolio companies.
  • Developing and executing exit strategies for portfolio companies.
  • Collaborating with investment and portfolio management teams to evaluate new investments and assess their value creation potential.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and value creation outcomes.
  • Guiding and mentoring team members to support their professional development and enhance team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, engineering, or related field disciplines.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience, with a background in management consulting, business operations, and strategy.
