We are seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Sentosa Development Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading by example.
You will work closely with the team to ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and support. This includes attending to escalated guest concerns, maintaining proper staffing levels, and participating in training and cross-training of team members.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a diploma/degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity. You will also need to be comfortable reconciling cash variances and preparing reports on findings.
