Job Title: Executive Host

The position of Executive Host is an exceptional opportunity to deliver unparalleled service standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Overview:

As an Executive Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by exceeding their expectations. Your primary role will involve ensuring seamless transactions, impeccable service, and maintaining high standards of comfort and luxury.

  • Meet and greet guests at designated checkpoints, assisting with arrival and departure arrangements, including hotel rooms, luggage, transportation, and other services.
  • Manage the Paiza Membership counters, facilitating smooth enrollment processes and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist guests with Paiza Programs opening and settlement, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and ensure proper setup of private gaming salons for Paiza guests, maintaining high standards of comfort and luxury.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on guest requests and feedback, working together to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and regulations, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized attention to guests, responding promptly to their needs and queries.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between guests and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in all aspects of the job.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:

  • Minimum education level: N levels, O levels, A levels, or Diploma holder.
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends, showing flexibility and adaptability.
