We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our sustainability initiatives. This role is crucial in driving our organization's commitment to environmental stewardship and social responsibility.The Senior Director of Sustainability will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable strategies that align with our organizational goals. This includes fostering a culture of environmental awareness and promoting eco-friendly practices throughout our operations.To achieve this, the ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of sustainability principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A degree in Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical/Electronics) and a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a technical and/or sustainability domain are required.Key responsibilities include:Developing and Implementing Sustainable StrategiesEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and customers to promote our sustainability initiatives.Manage and oversee the development of sustainable projects, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and water conservation initiatives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability into business planning and decision-making processes.Required Skills and QualificationsDegree in Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical/Electronics)Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a technical and/or sustainability domainLeadership experience, preferably in a large facilities management settingProven track record of leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable strategiesStrong understanding of green data center requirements and operationsExperience in environmental management systems and carbon management sustainabilityBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on high-profile sustainability projectsCollaborative and dynamic work environmentHow to ApplyIf you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to make a meaningful impact, please submit your application.
