Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Sustainability Director. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead our sustainability efforts and drive positive change within our organization.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing sustainability strategies to reduce our environmental impact;
  • Leading the development of our sustainability report and ensuring compliance with relevant reporting standards;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement;
  • Providing expertise and support to colleagues on sustainability-related matters;

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field;
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a technical and/or sustainability domain;
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of green data centre requirements and operations;
  • Experience with environmental management systems and carbon management;
  • Certifications such as Singapore Certified Energy Manager, Green Mark Manager, and ISO1400 series qualification (highly preferred);
